All in Disability
I lied in bed, paralyzed and pregnant, with a two year old son at home.
.I am used to not always being able to do what I want or even get everywhere, but my approach to living is to go where I can and do what I can without focusing on my limitations.
Perhaps paradoxically, wanderlust was a sort of side effect of becoming disabled for me. So was plain lust.
It was a big adventure to start dating at age 52 as a disabled woman.
